The warranty documents included in the product boxes are valid only in the manufacturer's country and carry no official coverage in Turkey.
Therefore, to enjoy your devices for years without issues, it is essential to pay attention to the following usage recommendations.
1. Turning the Device On and Off
For button-activated models:
- To turn the device on, press the firing button 5 times rapidly.
- To turn the device off, press it 5 times rapidly in the same manner.
- For models featuring a key lock, pressing the firing button 3 times toggles the key lock on or off.
- Lock On: Key lock is enabled.
- Lock Off: Key lock is disabled.
For buttonless (auto-draw) models:
- To activate the device for initial use, simply remove the cartridge and reinsert it.
- The device will activate automatically.
2. First Charging Process
Upon receiving your device, it is recommended to charge it for approximately 2-3 hours prior to first use.
Important:
- Devices should strictly NOT be charged using wall socket adapters.
- It is recommended to charge via computer USB ports, power banks, or low-current USB outputs.
- Using smartphone fast chargers or high-voltage adapters can damage the device's motherboard.
- Such user errors are not covered under warranty.
3. Empty the Pod/Tank When Not in Use
If the device will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended not to leave e-liquid inside the cartridge or tank.
Leaving the reservoir empty, especially overnight after use, helps prevent e-liquid leaks that may occur over time.

4. Coil Usage
- You can remove coils periodically and let them dry for a few hours.
- This process helps reduce excessive condensation that may build up on the coil.
- Coil lifespan varies depending on usage frequency, the type of e-liquid used, and vaping habits.
5. Avoid Chain Vaping (Continuous Puffs)
It is recommended to wait a brief moment between puffs to allow the cotton inside the coil to re-saturate with e-liquid.
Taking rapid, consecutive puffs can prevent the cotton from saturating properly, causing the coil to burn out prematurely.
For optimal performance, pausing a few seconds between each draw will enhance device lifespan.
6. Keep Away from Water
- The device, coil, and cartridge must never be washed with water.
- Electronic components are not water-resistant.
- When cleaning is required, use only a dry tissue or a microfiber cloth.
7. Cartridge and Coil Replacement
When installing a new coil or cartridge, wait for approximately 10-15 minutes after filling it with e-liquid.
This waiting time is necessary for the cotton to become fully saturated. Using the device without waiting may burn the coil on its very first use.
8. Use Original Charging Cables
It is recommended to use the original USB cable provided with the device whenever possible. Low-quality or damaged charging cables may supply unstable voltage and adversely affect charging performance.
9. Avoid Extreme Temperatures
Take care not to leave your device in direct sunlight, inside vehicles, or in excessively hot or cold environments for prolonged periods. High temperatures can negatively affect both battery life and e-liquid consistency.
