Coil System

Do Not Confuse: There are two different cartridge types available for the SMOK Nord 4: RPM and RPM 2. This product is the
Nord 4 RPM 2 Pod model. Standard RPM coils do not fit this cartridge; only RPM 2 coils must be used.

E-Liquid Warning: The 0.16Ω coil produces high vapor and is designed for direct-to-lung vaping. High-nicotine salt e-liquids are not recommended for this coil. The 0.6Ω MTL coil is a more suitable choice when using salt e-liquids.
Coil and Cartridge Installation
Insert the Coil
The RPM 2 coil is not threaded. Firmly press the coil into the bottom section of the cartridge in the correct orientation until fully seated.
Fill with E-Liquid
Open the silicone plug on the side of the cartridge and fill with the appropriate e-liquid. Securely close the plug completely after filling.
Wait 10–15 Minutes
Allow time before first use for the cotton inside the new coil to fully absorb the e-liquid, and do not fire the device during this period.
Things to Consider During Use
- Ensure the coil is pushed completely into the bottom of the cartridge.
- Do not exceed the wattage range specified on the coil.
- Refill e-liquid before the cartridge empties completely.
- Do not leave the fill plug open or loose.
- Wipe away any excess e-liquid on the outside of the cartridge after filling.
- Periodically wipe away condensation underneath the cartridge with a dry tissue.
- Replace the coil when you experience a burnt taste or significant flavor loss.
Do not fire the device when the cartridge is empty. Firing with dry cotton can cause the coil to burn and result in a permanent burnt taste.
