Key Features of Caliburn A2 Cartridges
In the CALIBURN A2 cartridge series, the coil is integrated into the cartridge.
There is no need to install or remove separate coils.
Once the coil reaches the end of its lifespan, the entire cartridge is replaced.
The 0.9Ω and 1.2Ω options offer different MTL vaping characteristics.

Introduced with the CALIBURN A2S, this is a side-fill
and higher-resistance MTL cartridge option.
Offers a tighter, lower-power focused vaping experience.
Important compatibility information:
Uwell officially states that the CALIBURN A2S device is also
compatible with the
0.9Ω CALIBURN A2 top-fill cartridge.
This allows A2S users to choose between the 1.2Ω side-fill or the
0.9Ω A2 top-fill cartridges.
Top-Fill vs. Side-Fill Difference
0.9Ω A2 – Top Fill
The filling port is accessed by removing the top mouthpiece
of the cartridge. Uwell defines this as a practical top-fill
system that can be opened with one hand.
1.2Ω A2S – Side Fill
Liquid is added by opening the silicone fill plug on the
side of the cartridge. This is the side-fill cartridge
structure presented with the A2S.
CHECK THE FILLING TYPE BEFORE ORDERING.
The CALIBURN A2 series features both top-fill and side-fill
cartridge options.

AK2 compatibility:
Uwell officially states that the CALIBURN AK2 supports the
CALIBURN A2 cartridge and that the A2 and AK2 can share the
same pod cartridge.
Liquid Selection for 0.9Ω and 1.2Ω Cartridges
Since both resistances are aimed at MTL use, liquid structures
suitable for more fluid, low-power pod systems should be preferred.
Salt Nicotine
One of the liquid types that can be used in MTL resistances
like 0.9Ω and especially 1.2Ω.
Premium / Freebase
Freebase liquids with nicotine levels and fluidity suitable
for MTL use can also be used.
Liquid selection:
When choosing liquids for pod systems, one should consider not
only the ohm value but also the VG/PG ratio of the liquid, the
nicotine level, and personal vaping habits.
Very thick liquids may slow down the wicking process in small
MTL cartridges.

developed by Uwell to provide a more consistent delivery of
liquid flavors.

Practical cartridge replacement
How to Use a New Cartridge for the First Time?
Check the resistance value (0.9Ω or 1.2Ω) of the cartridge.
Open the top or side filling port based on the cartridge type.
Fill the cartridge with suitable liquid and close the fill port.
Wait for the coil cotton to absorb the liquid before the first use.
WAIT 10–15 MINUTES FOR THE FIRST USE.
Do not use the new cartridge immediately after filling it with liquid.
Wait approximately 10–15 minutes to allow the cotton inside the
integrated coil to fully absorb the liquid.
Firing the device without liquid in the cartridge can cause the
cotton to burn and result in a permanent burnt taste.
