Vaporesso XROS COREX 3.0 cartridges are next-generation,
refillable XROS pod cartridges developed for balanced heating,
smoother airflow, and consistent flavor delivery.
COREX 3.0 Technology
COREX 3.0 is a next-generation heating technology developed upon
the previous COREX platform. The honeycomb Hive Mesh structure,
improved chimney design, nano-microfiber processing, and
high-temperature resistant materials work together to help
provide more balanced heating and a smoother draw.
Hive Mesh Structure
Helps the mesh surface heat more evenly and deliver flavor consistently.
SSS Leak Resistance
Multi-layer structure helps reduce the risk of e-liquid leakage
and condensation when used correctly.
Practical Filling
The top-fill system, accessed by removing the mouthpiece cap,
facilitates filling without needing to detach the cartridge from the device.
Important: The SSS system reduces the risk of leakage,
but no refillable cartridge should be considered completely "leak-proof."
Overfilling, extreme temperatures, and leaving the cartridge
sideways for extended periods can cause leaks.

0.4Ω cartridge note: Physically compatible with all XROS
devices; however, its performance is best utilized on newer models
like the XROS Pro, XROS Pro 2, XROS 5, and similar devices that
provide a 25–30W output. High-nicotine salt liquids may feel
intense in the 0.4Ω cartridge.

with LUXE Q, ECO Nano, Osmall, Zero, or other Vaporesso
cartridge platforms.
Selecting the Right E-Liquid
0.4Ω – 0.6Ω
For more open RDL usage, low-nicotine and approx. 50–60% VG
ratio freebase liquids stand out.
0.8Ω
Provides a balanced experience with both 50/50 salt liquids
and freebase liquids suitable for MTL usage.
1.0Ω – 1.2Ω
Salt liquids or thin-structured 50/50 freebase liquids can be
preferred for tight MTL draws.
Very thick and high-VG ratio liquids may cause poor wicking in
small pod cartridges. Both the density and nicotine ratio of the
liquid should be chosen according to personal tolerance.
Initial Use and Filling

Open the mouthpiece cap from the indicated side and add liquid
to the filling hole, not the center airflow channel.

Close the cap completely and wait about 10 minutes after the
first fill for the cartridge to prime.

Use the device gently during the first few draws and do not
leave the cartridge without liquid.
The integrated coil cannot be replaced separately. When a burnt
taste, persistent loss of flavor, or significant performance drop
occurs, the entire cartridge must be replaced.
IMPORTANT WARNING:
Do not use the cartridge without e-liquid. After the first fill,
wait about 10 minutes for the coil cotton to fully saturate.
Opened, filled, tested, or removed cartridges may not be eligible
for return or exchange as they lose their resalability.
Before ordering, ensure that your device uses the XROS pod platform
and that your chosen resistance matches your vaping preference.
Product capacity, packaging design, and cartridge version may vary
by production batch or regional product version. Manufacturer
information on the box and cartridge should be taken as the reference.
