The mouthpiece is removed to add e-liquid through the top filling port.
Refilled by pressing the tip of the liquid bottle into the spring-loaded valve at the bottom of the cartridge.
PTF cartridges feature 1.0Ω Mesh and 1.3Ω CCELL; Zero S cartridges offer 1.0Ω or 1.2Ω options.
Zero S cartridges are designed for low-power MTL usage. E-liquids with appropriate viscosity should be chosen to ensure consistent cotton wicking.
50VG/50PG salt e-liquids provide balanced performance in 1.0Ω and 1.2Ω cartridges.
50/50 ratio freebase e-liquids suitable for MTL usage can also be used.
Dense, high-VG e-liquids may cause poor cotton wicking and premature cartridge burning.
Carefully remove the black mouthpiece section of the cartridge.
Add e-liquid into the filling port, not the middle airflow channel.
Replace the mouthpiece until it is fully seated.
Wait 10–15 minutes for the new cartridge cotton to saturate.
The cartridge should be replaced when a persistent burnt or dry cotton taste occurs.
When the e-liquid flavor noticeably fades, the coil lifespan may have ended.
If vapor production decreases despite sufficient filling and battery level, a new cartridge should be used.

The package contains two top-fill cartridges in the selected ohm value.
IMPORTANT WARNING
The coil is integrated into the cartridge and is not replaceable. The entire cartridge must be replaced when the coil life ends.
Do not use the cartridge without e-liquid. Wait 10–15 minutes after the first fill and do not let the e-liquid run completely dry during use.
Opened, filled, tested, or removed cartridges lose their resalability and are not covered by return or exchange policies.
