Vaporesso Armour S delivers a robust protective build in a more portable single-battery body. Durable TPU protective sections around the mod and tank help shield the device against drops and scratches during daily use.
Measuring 154.8 × 41.9 × 36 mm, the device is designed to fit comfortably in hand despite single 21700 battery support. The textured surface and rounded edges provide a more secure hold.
Exclusive to the ARMOUR series, the Uni-Lock system combines firing and device locking functions in a single control. When the device is not in use, switching it to the locked position reduces the risk of accidental firing or setting changes.
Placing the lock control near the firing button allows the device to be locked quickly without navigating through menus.
The AXON chip inside the Vaporesso Armour S provides fast response times and various operation modes. Power output can be adjusted between 5W and 100W according to the atomizer and coil resistance used.
Armour S can be used natively with a single 21700 battery. Thanks to the battery adapter included in the box, a single 18650 battery can also be securely fitted inside the device.
The battery used must be suitable for high-power vape usage, with no tears, dents, or deformations on its outer wrap. When inserting the battery, positive and negative polarities inside the mod must be verified.
The Vaporesso iTank T included in the updated Armour S kit is developed for DTL vaping focused on high vapor production. Featuring a 6 ml e-liquid capacity in the standard version, it may be offered with a 2 ml capacity in regional TPD packaging.
Adjustable airflow located at the top section of the tank allows tuning between a tighter or more open DTL draw. The top airflow channel helps minimize the risk of liquid leaking from the bottom of the tank.
The push-to-open top filling system provides easy access to the fill port. Once refilling is complete, closing the cap fully and keeping the silicone seal clean is recommended.

Armour S is offered in various solid colors, camouflage, and Cyber design options. Available color selections can be viewed in the product options section based on stock status.
The USB Type-C port on Armour S supports DC 5V/2A charging input. During charging, a reliable power source meeting manufacturer specs and a high-quality USB cable should be used.
To better monitor replaceable battery health and safely charge it, an external dedicated battery charger is recommended.
