VOOPOO PnP X Empty Cartridge
VOOPOO PnP X cartridges are designed to be used with the different resistance options of the PnP X coil platform. Two distinct cartridge options are available: DTL and MTL.
While the DTL cartridge is designed for wider airflow and dense vapor production, the MTL cartridge offers a tighter and more controlled draw. The cartridges feature a refillable design, and when a coil reaches the end of its lifespan, only the internal PnP X coil is replaced.
The package does not include coils or e-liquid.
Cartridges are shipped empty and without coils. A compatible VOOPOO PnP X coil of the appropriate resistance must be purchased separately for use.
Difference Between MTL and DTL Cartridges
PnP X DTL Cartridge
Size: Approx. Ø26 × 43.1 mm
Offers a wider mouthpiece and open airflow.
Designed for dense vapor and direct-to-lung vaping.
Recommended coils: PnP X 0.15Ω, 0.20Ω, and 0.30Ω.
PnP X MTL Cartridge
Size: Approx. Ø26 × 49.2 mm
Features a replaceable 510 drip tip structure.
Designed for tighter MTL and controlled RDL vaping.
Manufacturer's core recommendation: PnP X 0.30Ω and 0.60Ω.
Cartridge selection should not be based solely on the physical installation of the coil. The DTL cartridge has an airflow structure better suited for low-resistance and high-power coils, while the MTL cartridge is better suited for higher-resistance and low-power coils.

The 0.15Ω coil operates within a 60–80W power range. On devices like the DRAG S2 which provide a maximum output of 60W, this coil can only be used at the lower limit of the recommended range. Check your device's maximum wattage rating for a wider power adjustment.

The PnP X platform's four-layer leak-proof structure is designed to reduce the risk of leakage. However, incorrect coil installation, a loose fill plug, overfilling, or the use of unsuitable e-liquid can cause leakage.
Compatible Devices
This cartridge series is primarily designed for use with the following devices:
VOOPOO DRAG S2
A built-in battery model with an output power of 5–60W.
Appropriate PnP X coils should be used based on the MTL or DTL cartridge selection.
VOOPOO DRAG X2
An external 18650 battery model with an output power of 5–80W.
Supports low and high-resistance PnP X options across a broader power range.
Although some recent VOOPOO devices use the PnP X platform, the shape and connection of the cartridge body may differ. ARGUS E40, VINCI E120, UFORCE-X Tank, or ARGUS PnP X cartridges are not the same as this product. When ordering, check not only the "PnP X" designation but also the device model and cartridge shape.
Incompatible Systems
This cartridge does not use classic PnP coils. It is not compatible with older PnP devices such as VOOPOO DRAG S, DRAG X, VINCI, VINCI X, ARGUS Pro, and similar models.
The cartridge named PnP-X used in the older "DRAG X PnP-X Kit" model also differs from the current PnP X coil platform and uses classic PnP coils.
It is also incompatible with devices using TPP coils, such as the DRAG X Pro.
E-liquid Selection
DTL Cartridge
It is recommended to use low-nicotine freebase e-liquids with 0.15Ω, 0.20Ω, and 0.30Ω coils. A 50%–70% VG range is suitable.
MTL Cartridge
E-liquids with a 50/50 or 50%–60% VG ratio can be used with the 0.60Ω coil. E-liquid and nicotine preferences should be chosen based on the coil resistance used.
Using high-nicotine salt e-liquids with low-resistance, high-wattage DTL coils is not recommended. Coil resistance, wattage value, VG/PG ratio, and nicotine level should be evaluated together.
Coil Installation and First Fill
- Remove the cartridge from the device and turn its bottom section upward.
- Check the gasket and connection parts of the compatible PnP X coil.
- Properly align the directional base of the coil with the cartridge slot.
- Press the coil straight down until it is fully seated.
- Make sure there is no gap between the coil and the cartridge base.
- Open the side silicone fill cap and fill the cartridge to approximately two-thirds capacity.
- Close the fill cap completely and check for any leaks.
- Wait about 10 minutes for the new coil to absorb the e-liquid.
- Start your first use at the lower end of the coil's recommended wattage range.
PnP X coils are not screwed in. Do not attempt to twist or tighten the coil. After aligning the coil direction, insert it by pressing it into the cartridge slot.
